Description
Full-mouth dental implants (often called full-arch rehabilitation) are a permanent surgical solution used to replace all missing or failing teeth in the upper jaw, lower jaw, or both.
Instead of placing a separate implant for every single missing tooth, a dentist places a strategic number of titanium posts (usually 4 to 6 per jaw) directly into the jawbone. These posts act as sturdy anchor roots. Once healed, a custom-made, full-arch bridge of lifelike prosthetic teeth is permanently screwed or snapped onto those anchors.
